The pieces of ice detach from the glacier and follow the water into the ocean where they get pushed back on the black sandy beach before they melt in the waves. Icy diamonds in different sizes and shapes.

The little Red Hut
PhotographyIn the Lofoten Island the beach in Ramberg is well known. Especially in the long summer days people gather to watch the midnight sun. This little red hut lies a bit hidden in the middle of the beach and has become one of the mist photographed places in the Lofoten islands.
I took this long-exposure image on a cloudy and windy day last summer and love the deep colours.
